Ben Stone and Niharika Padmalwar recently presented the results of our AFLP study at the Arts and Sciences College, Division of Natural and Mathematical Sciences undergraduate research forum. They did such a good job on their presentation that they won an Outstanding Poster Award! Congratulations, Ben and Niharika.

The AFLP study is on teasing apart species delimitation in the Hyobanche sanguinea complex. Turns out that there is a lot more diversity within H. sanguinea than has been previously thought. Looks like I’ll have a lot of new species descriptions to write up while I’m on sabbatical next year.

Today these talented students will be presenting their poster at the Denman Undergraduate Research Forum.
